The information you provide will help us to serve you better in the future and guarantee the registration of the Warranty described below.

Lifetime Warranty

Faultless Starch/Bon Ami Company (“Faultless”) extends to the original retail purchaser of this Garden Weasel® brand product a Lifetime Warranty that this Garden Weasel® product, and all of its component part(s), shall be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of purchase. This Warranty shall be in effect for the Lifetime of the purchaser. Provided that Faultless still carries the necessary replacement part or product, Faultless will repair, or, at its sole and absolute discretion, replace the Garden Weasel® product, or defective part(s) upon the purchaser providing Faultless with the defective product or part, Proof of Purchase showing the date of purchase (if the product has not been registered on-line as outlined above), and a written statement describing the nature of the defect.

THIS LIFETIME WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO PRODUCT DAMAGE RESULTING FROM MISHANDLING, ABUSE, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, OR PRODUCTS WHICH HAVE BEEN ALTERED OR USED COMMERCIALLY.

EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, FAULTLESS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FAULTLESS SHALL NOT, IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY FAILURE OF ANY GARDEN WEASEL® BRAND PRODUCT OR COMPONENT PART.

THIS WARRANTY IS NOT INTENDED TO EXCLUDE OR LIMIT ANY LEGAL RIGHTS OR REMEDIES AFFORDED BY ANY APPLICABLE STATE OR FEDERAL LAW.
